All products come with a standard with a 1 year guarantee which we Amour Interiors Ltd will honour.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the date you ordered.

By purchasing from Amour Interiors Ltd you the customer hold us Amour Interiors Ltd harmless of any liabilities that may be caused by misuse of products sold by us Amour Interiors Ltd.

If an item is damaged on receipt and you require a replacement, this will be covered free of charge, please contact us at info@amourinteriors.com to arrange a collection and a replacement within 5 working days of receiving the item. If you the customer fails to notify us within 5 working days, a replacement and refund will not be offered.

Due to the handmade craftsmanship that is involved in the production of our furniture some pieces have slight variations and defects this is extremely normal in reproduction furniture and adds to the authenticity of our furniture.

Returning goods

The buyer may, within 7 days from the day after the delivery date provide the seller with notification in writing of the buyers intent to return the goods for a refund.
The goods must be recieved by the seller (Amour Interiors Ltd.) fully packed and in perfect condition within 10 days of the notification.
The buyer shall arrange and pay for the return dispatch of the items to the seller (Amour Interiors Ltd.)
The seller shall refund the buyer for the price of the goods within 30 days of satisfactory receipt of the goods.
